Operation and maintenance
When operating doors, it is important to ensure careful handling of them.
If during operation some structural elements begin to work unevenly, become loose or begin to require increased effort, it is necessary to understand the cause and eliminate it. If necessary, contact specialists.
In the premises, it is necessary to maintain an air temperature of 15-25°C, a relative humidity of 40-60%, to exclude their sharp differences, as well as the unevenness of these parameters from different sides of the door;
Door leaf surfaces
The surfaces of door panels and other structural elements made of natural or artificial materials need only periodic cleaning during operation. They can be wiped with a damp, well-wrung cotton cloth, it is allowed to use the weak soap solution, the remaining solution and moisture must be removed immediately. For varnished surfaces, the use of furniture care products is allowed. It is recommended to first check the effect of the tool (for example, on the sawn elements of the platbands).
Clean the glass from dirtyuse a mild soap solution or glass care products (avoid getting the products on the door trim).
Hinges with plastic elements
Hinges with plastic elements in the working area do not require lubrication.
Hinges with metal elements
Hinges with metal rubbing parts should be lubricated with thick machine grease approximately once a year.
Locks and cylinders must be protected from contamination, they are factory lubricated and do not require additional maintenance.
Handles and decorative linings must be cleaned from contamination with a cotton cloth using a weak soap solution.
Seals need only periodic cleaning, as does the entire door structure.
